Big game hunting Now there is a brilliant opportunity to experience a genuine hunting trip following the trails of Brown Bears and Elks in the wilderness of Lapland. The guides in traditional big game hunting are experienced hunters and familiar with the wilderness areas. Assisting dogs are well-known big game barkers. During the hunting trip we stay at a hotel and lodges rich of atmosphere. In between the hunt we will enjoy meals from hotel breakfast to delicacies cooked on campfire, prepared by our guides. The customer taking part in bear hunting needs to have game and deer-hunting licences, a firearm and a firearm certificate, permitted cartridges and hunting equipment. The person taking part in bear or elk hunting, can also be someone with a valid proof of equivalent shooting test performed in another country or a document for the game management association providing the information of a right to shoot same size game animals in the home country.

Guide services, hunting licenses, 2 hunting days, meals, accommodation 2 nights at a hotel or hunting lodge (or lean-to) and transportation from and to Rovaniemi airport. The shot animal belongs to Moita Safaris. The hunter may however buy the skin/fur, the skull and the possible genital bone as a souvenir by paying the trophy price. Dressed skin and the cleaned skull and genital bone will then be delivered to the hunter afterwards. The trophy price doesn’t include the packing or mailing costs, which will be added to the price.
